Las bobinas han llegado y se han desempaquetado. Parecen todo derechas, el almacén era feliz sobre calidad y fueron aseguradas. ¡Muy bueno!

Benin’s Light Manufacturing Sector Upgrades Materials with High-Quality Black Annealed Steel Coils
Benin’s light manufacturing industry—comprising welding workshops, metal door and window factories, furniture hardware producers, and small stamping plants—is expanding steadily. These businesses rely on materials that are easy to weld, bend, and punch, yet many low-grade coils in the market suffer from inconsistent hardness, surface defects, or cracking during forming.
The latest export shipment included Black Annealed Steel Coil (0.3–0.8 mm thickness) processed through controlled annealing for stable hardness and improved ductility. Custom widths were provided to match the equipment used by local workshops.
During production, fabrication plants reported the following improvements:
Clean punching edges with reduced burr formation
Smooth bending with no cracking or surface whitening
Strong, stable welding arcs and solid weld joints
Excellent flatness that minimized machine adjustments
With better material stability, factories increased their productivity and secured new supply contracts with local hardware distributors. Black annealed coil is becoming a key material for Benin’s expanding fabrication sector and is expected to gain further market share.
